Most sites match your birthday against a fixed table of twelve. Maunky computes the actual positions of the Sun, Moon and planets for your date, time and place, the same arithmetic an astrologer runs. Two people born the same day get different answers.
Two zodiacs, and the gap between them
Western horoscopes measure from the seasons. The older system measures from the constellations. The two have drifted apart over the centuries, which is why they often name a different sign for the same birthday. You get both.
Works without your birth time
